BCHA is a South West based charitable housing association with a continuing mission to meet housing need and end homelessness. We have properties across the South West providing affordable homes and temporary accommodation to a wide range of individuals, supporting them to lead independent, fulfilled lives.

BCHA Home Maintenance is an established property maintenance company which is part of the BCHA Group. We currently own and manage 1400 units of accommodation and we are expanding our housing portfolio.

Position

We need a Repairs Scheduler / Works Planner to join our small repairs team based at our office in Bournemouth. You will be responsible for effective diary management by planning repairs, making appointments with customers, allocating work to trade operatives and ensuring trade operatives have the workloads and information to allow them to perform to an optimum level.
