Position

BCHA has an opportunity for a confident and ambitious individual to join a new and exciting project supporting Vulnerable. The role will be working closely with the Senior Practitioner and we are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the challenges, recognising the importance of safeguarding people with care and support needs.

The Night Intensive Housing Officer will work predominately in one geographic location, although some reasonable travel may be required. They will work with all team members and other employees of the BCHA group. Externally working with statutory and third sector agencies, including Local Authority Housing Teams; Housing Benefit teams; DWP and others as required.

The Night Intensive Housing Officer is expected to provide a professional out of hours’ customer service which ensures the security of the building and the safety of customers and visitors.
