BCHA are a diverse and growing specialist housing, learning and support provider based in the South West. We provide support to our customers who may be facing a range of issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health and substance misuse.

We have a vacancy for a Night Worker to join the professional team at Millennium House, who provide support to those who have a mental health diagnosis. Millennium is seen as stepping stone accommodation where clients will stay for 6-12 months whilst we help teach them life skills to be able to be in a position where they can maintain their own tenancy

Position

As a Night Worker you will carry out various tasks during your shift ranging from time spent listening to people who need to talk, doing regular welfare checks and carrying out regular inspections to ensure the health, safety and security of the building. You will be working alongside a colleague on a night shift, as there is no lone working.
