Position

We need Support Workers to join the team at our Mental Health Service in Poole. This is a role where you can genuinely make a real difference, where you can add real value as part of a dedicated team of professionals.

You will act as a key Support Worker for a number of customers, carrying out regular one to one sessions, enabling positive, trusting and respectful relationships to be built and enable them to move forward to independent living.

Other information

37.5 hours a week, shift patterns consist of early (06:30 - 14:30), mid (11:00 - 19:00), and late (13:30 - 21:30). Every other weekend is required.
