BCHA are a diverse and growing specialist housing, learning and support provider based in the South West. We provide support to our customers who may be facing a range of issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health and substance misuse.


Position

We have a great opportunity for someone with a training and development background to join our ‘Change, Transformation & Growth’ team as our Learning & Development Specialist. We are passionate about working with people and have a genuine commitment to developing the potential of our staff to be the best they can be and deliver excellent services for our customers.
