We provide support to our customers who may be facing a range of issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health and substance misuse. Position

We additionally support with accessing health care, maximising income, budgeting, debt management and accessing other support services. We have an opportunity for the right person to join us as a Housing First Case Coordinator for our Housing First project in Yeovil. This is a role where you can really add value and make a difference, working as part of our friendly, supportive and professional team.

Whilst the role is based at St John’s Road, Yeovil, travel to customer’s homes to provide an outreach service and one to one support for customers is essential. One of our key aims is to support customers to a position of maintaining their own tenancy and sustainable independent living;

It would be great if you have previous experience of working with homeless and or other socially excluded people and a good understanding of safeguarding issues. BUT this is not essential as training will be given, it is more important for you to have the personal qualities and the right attitude to undertake the role.
