BCHA are recruiting for our adult service in Plymouth, looking to employee Night Staff, to be part of a small team, learning and working together to maintain the welfare of people who have a variety of complex needs, including Homelessness, Substance Abuse and Mental Health.

We need a Night Worker to provide different levels of practical support to customers who are homeless and need our help. As a Night Worker you will carry out various tasks during your shift ranging from time spent listening to people who need to talk, doing regular welfare checks and carrying out regular inspections to ensure the health, safety and security of the building. You will be working alongside a colleague on a night shift, there is no lone working.
