Position

This role will be central to supporting the Homelessness, Health and Wellbeing Directorate in the process of learning and understanding the current infrastructure available for data collection, storage, and analysis, as well as the critical digital systems being used across the business. This will predominantly focus on systems supporting staff and customers.

The Data & Quality Lead supports the effective delivery of contractual requirements particularly in relation to collation and reporting of management information and trend analysis, measuring impact, and making recommendations to the Executive Team.

Requirements

Strong proven experience in the use of case management systems, advanced Excel skills and the ability to extract and analyse large data sets, accurately and to tight deadlines

A proven ability to think critically and creatively and impact on, and influence, performance and outcomes using a solution-focussed approach

Experience of evaluation or impact measurement

The communication skills it takes to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels

Excellent organisational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload

A flair for report writing and the confidence to create and deliver presentations to a varied group of internal and external stakeholders
