Your Mission:
- Lead the planning team to ensure speedy repairs and meeting KPIs
- Be the go-to problem solver for our customers, ensuring a "right, safe fix, first time"
- Expertly allocate resources, considering operatives' routes and skills
- Lead on the production, management and use of performance information for the in house repairs team, ensuring it is used to improve services
- Work with customer services team and ensure that feedback on customer satisfaction surveys is used to improve the way the repairs service is delivered.
- Review how the in house repairs team engage and consult with customers and deliver improvements in customer communication
- Collaborate, learn, and continuously improve with our fantastic team
- Prioritize safety and well-being in everything you do
