Responsibilities:


  • Perform clearance and cleaning tasks to ensure communal spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

  • Load items onto vehicles and transport them to various locations for unloading, demonstrating careful handling and attention to detail.

  • Work closely with other team members to assist with general practical tasks and support day-to-day maintenance activities.

Requirements

Experience of property clearance and cleaning

Experience of working in occupied and unoccupied properties

Experience of recycling / waste disposal in a work environment

An awareness of current issues and legislation regarding waste and recycling

Experience of carrying out maintenance to a high quality in properties & housing

Experience of working in the housing sector
