BCHA are a South-West based charitable housing association, founded over 50 years ago with a continuing mission to meet housing need and end homelessness. We have properties across the South-West providing affordable homes and temporary accommodation to a wide range of customers.

In this role you will provide and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the accommodation including all communal areas. Work collaboratively with the Support Team to embed good standards of hygiene and cleanliness in individual rooms. In this role you will Identify and carry out any reactive cleaning as required.

Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you've worked in a similar setting before, all the better - but most importantly, you'll bring a true commitment to customer service and a keen desire to help to deliver a first-class cleaning experience.

Able to perform physical work to carry out normal cleaning duties
