Company Description

BCHA are a diverse and growing specialist housing, learning and support provider based in the South West. We provide support to our customers who may be facing a range of issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, modern slavery, mental health and substance misuse.

We are looking to recruit a Business Manager to join our Homelessness, Health and Wellbeing team, to lead, drive and strategically oversee the winning of new business and contract mobilisation across the South West, with a focus on Devon and Dorset.

Position

In this role you will lead on customer focused services that achieve BCHA’s Vision and Social Mission to deliver lasting solutions to homelessness, unemployment and social exclusion in our communities, and ensure outstanding services to exceed expectations of people and business performance needs.

As one of our Business Managers, you will work within a culture of aspiration and service excellence for our customers, stakeholders and organisation. Strong influencing skills are key to driving service delivery with a specific focus on quality.
