Position

The role of Asset Manager is crucial to us ensuring we provide the best homes possible for our customers. The main purpose of the role is to ensure we develop a high performing asset function. With key responsibility for our property assets, facilities management, all Landlord Health and Safety standards and ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative responsibility.

Requirements

· have experience of using and optimising IT asset data base systems;

· demonstrable success of leading and managing a high performing team;

· experience of carrying out and analysing stock condition surveys;

· Degree or relevant professional qualification with 3+ years’ property experience

· IT literate and able to use in house and external property data software
