Position: Private Client Lawyer

Location: Wareham, Dorset (Dual site available with Dorchester or Sherborne)

Type: Permanent

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)

This is a dynamic and busy department where all fee earners receive strong support from trained legal secretaries. Engage in the planning and business development of the department, actively participating in the sharing of technical knowledge and good practices.


Hybrid Work Options: This role allows for flexibility, with the option to be based solely in the Wareham office or to have a split arrangement between Wareham and Dorchester.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 1 year PQE.
  • Possess technical expertise in all areas of private client matters.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for business development, client relationship management, and client development.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently with a proactive initiative.
  • Have excellent communication and networking skills.
