Position

Basis: 40 hours per week/Annualised (including weekends and Bank Holidays)

Salary: £24,757 per annum (subject to job evaluation)

Status: Permanent

Base: Bryngarw House

Accountable to: General Manager

Closing date : Wednesday 20 April 2022

As our Wedding and Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful management of all events at Bryngarw House and other Awen venues. You will support clients every step of the way to create a perfect and memorable experience.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the event booking including the final details through to on-the-day coordination which includes the management of our food & beverage staff.

We require a confident, friendly, and warm individual with great communication skills to lead a multi-disciplined team always delivering exceptional customer service to achieve successful outcomes.

Administration duties such as inputting event information onto our event management systems will need to be always completed effectively, therefore you will have meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills.
