Position

Basis: 40 hours annualised

Salary: £25,759 per annum (*subject to job evaluation)

Base: Bryngarw House

Accountable to: Chef

Closing date : Wednesday 29 June 2022

As an experienced Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to manage the team in the kitchen at our signature wedding venue, Bryngarw House.

You should have a passion for culinary excellence and a desire to develop your skills to ensure Bryngarw House maintains its reputation as a leading wedding venue in South Wales and beyond.

Responsibilities of the Sous Chef include preparing and delivering food for guests, producing high quality dishes, providing advice and guidance to other kitchen staff and other kitchen-related tasks.
