Le titulaire reçoit délégation de l’entreprise pour mener à bien les missions qui lui sont confiées, dans le respect des obligations légales en vigueur et des normes et méthodes fixées par la Compagnie et détaillées dans le Manuel d’Exploitation.

Le titulaire est placé sous l’autorité du chef de cabine pendant toute la mission. Il doit par ailleurs se conformer à tous les ordres licites du Commandant de Bord dans le but d’assurer la sécurité de l’avion et des personnes ou biens transportés.

Le titulaire doit maintenir son niveau de compétence et se conformer aux méthodes d’instruction dispensées par la Compagnie.

Tout au long de ses missions, il doit respecter et faire respecter les engagements commerciaux de la Compagnie vis-à-vis de ses clients et de ses fournisseurs.

Il doit faire preuve d’un réel sens de l’accueil, d’écoute et de dialogue, afin de garantir un traitement optimal des passagers.

Le titulaire exécute les missions qui lui sont confiées conformément aux emplois du temps prévisionnels établis par la Direction des Opérations Aériennes et en fonction des conditions opérationnelles qui peuvent les modifier.

Le titulaire doit respecter le port de l’uniforme prévu par la Compagnie et veiller en toutes circonstances à l’image de la Compagnie dont il est le représentant.

Vous êtes titulaires du CCA et à jour de votre visite médicale.
