Le titulaire s’assure que ses tâches sont conduites en accord avec la règlementation applicable et les standards de la compagnie. Il doit être garant de la performance en matière de sécurité et de sureté de ses activités.


Etre le garant du maintien des agréments PART 145 pour sa partie selon les procédures PRO-DT51/52/53/58 Initialiser et faire vivre les bases de données informatiques nécessaires à la conduite de ses activités (TRAX)

Assurer la gestion de toutes les références et articles classés outillages rotables / outillages consommables / servitudes sol Maintenir à jour l’inventaire des matériels sous sa responsabilité


Organiser les locations dans les cas de besoins imprévus ou suite à des choix économiques (expédition, restitution technique…)

Gérer les étalonnages et contrôler périodiquement les outillages et servitudes

Organisation de la réception technique des outillages neufs avec mise en place de check list de réception utilisable par les agents de flux. Vérification technique des protocoles d’étalonnage effectués pour permettre la réintégration au Magasin

Effectuer les expéditions selon les normes applicables des outillages (dont ceux devant être réétalonnés) Etre l’interlocuteur et à l’écoute des besoins exprimés par la production, le lancement et l’engineering, les analyser et faires des propositions à sa hiérarchie

Assurer un maintien optimum du stock de rechange en tenant compte des coûts, des délais d’achats et des fréquences de renouvellement

Assurer le suivi de l’entretien des locaux et infrastructure DT.LG (portes, éclairages, rayonnages, aménagements divers et véhicules)

Assurer dans la check list que les moteurs/APU sont reçus et sont envoyés sans dommages et selon les règles applicables

Etre l’interlocuteur des autres directions dans le cadre des synergies à développer dans les activités et les moyens communs

Exprimer les besoins nouveaux ou de renouvellement auprès de sa hiérarchie en anticipant la mise à disposition

Assurer ponctuellement l’intérim des agents de flux logistique en fonction des impératifs du service

Le titulaire prend en compte lors de la réalisation de ces tâches les principes du management de la sécurité et les principes Facteurs Humains.

Profil

Formation niveau BTS logistique ou DMA

Expérience de la logistique de maintenance avion ou acheteur industriel

Pratique de l’anglais technique et conversation anglaise correcte (Nombreux contacts téléphoniques).

Connaissance de l'environnement Windows

Permis B et permis piste

Pratique de la documentation constructrice

Connaissance des normes régissant les outillages de la PART 145

Connaissance de la législation du travail et des normes ISO (INRS)
