ASL Aviation Holdings owns, operates and manages a fleet in excess of 140 jet and turboprop aircraft, providing services for passengers and cargo fleets. ASL Hungary is based at Budapest Liszt Ferenc Airport. The Company now operates a fleet of six B737-400 freighter aircraft. Utilising important synergies within the Group, we are continuously developing ourselves with the aim of providing our Customers with best-in-class service. Based in Budapest, we are now looking for an outstanding aviation professional as full-time Flight Operations Liaison Officer

Position

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Liaison with and daily supervision of the contracted OCC supplier to ensure smooth operational performance
  • Analysis of issues arising and advising Flight Operations Management of various trends
  • Management of the crew portal to ensure all company documentation is maintained up to date and ensuring Flight Crew are updated at all times
  • Assisting in the preparation and publication of company manuals and crew notices
  • Ensuring that all aircraft documentation is maintained up to date
  • Analysis and keeping records of returned flight documentation
  • Ensuring that all operational documentation is correctly stored for the required periods
  • Assisting in the revision of aircraft documentation such as Jeppesen Chart and Aircraft Performance amendments
  • Close liaison with ground operations, maintenance and flight operations in all aspects of aircraft operations
  • Participation in ASLH’s Electronic Flight Bag project

Requirements

  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Produce results working to tight timelines
  • Very good English written and spoken
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to set and follow priorities
  • Navigation Officer or Pilot License is an advantage
  • Previous airline operational experience preferred
  • University Degree desirable
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
