ASL Aviation Holdings is a leading aviation services company based in Swords, Ireland, close to Dublin Airport. The ASL Aviation Holdings Group includes 5 wholly owned European airlines; ASL Airlines Ireland, ASL Airlines Belgium, ASL Airlines France, ASL Airlines and ASL Airlines United Kingdom. • Manage CAMO staff in the interpretation of regulatory matters and, in addition to scheduled audits, support continued compliance with Part-M / Part-CAMO.
• Co-ordination of activities with the various CAMO staff in their specific area to ensure a timely and accurate accomplishment of responsible tasks.
• Coordinate work with other departments and external organisations to ensure airworthiness, safety, regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with National Authorities.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team members providing regular performance feedback, in order to maximise business results, employees’ satisfaction and team productivity. Work with the Head of ESS to develop work process improvements, best practices and advise on training and personnel development requirements.
• Develop work process improvements, best practices and advise on training and personnel development / continuous improvement requirements.
• Provide regular reports as necessary in relation to status of CAMO related activities, budgetary issues and appropriate KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process. Understand and practice the principles of the Company Safety Management System.

• Aviation Compliance Monitoring Course (or similar Compliance/Safety/Audit qualification)
• MS Office Proficient
• Proficient in English and local language
• Experience in a similar position – such as a Compliance/Safety Manager, Safety/Compliance Investigator
• Confident with Safety and Compliance Monitoring Systems (management and implementation)
