ASL Aviation Holdings is a leading aviation services company based in Swords, Ireland, close to Dublin Airport. The ASL Aviation Holdings Group includes 4 wholly owned European airlines; ASL Airlines Ireland, ASL Airlines Belgium, ASL Airlines France and ASL Airlines Hungary. The Group also has airline operations in South Africa, Thailand and India. Additionally, the Group includes maintenance facilities and several leasing entities. ASL’s airlines operate under their own brands and operate passenger and cargo networks on behalf of major international customers, particularly in the express freight and postal sectors. This position is to provide specialist support in the initial establishment and the on-going operation of the AIMS platform.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop effective business processes and procedures to ensure each AOC can support the use of AIMS at Go-Live and day to day operations
• Liaise with ASL IT Services and AIMS on system infrastructure administration
• Play an active role in the delivery of AIMS user training
• Provide 1st Level Support to end-users; Software release / upgrade managemen
• Support change management, and system development and enhancement
• Provide Interface support; in conjunction with ASL IT and AIMS. On-going liaison with AIMS as required
• Development of Training material
• Work to optimize the use of the AIM system in ASL, and to provide management reporting on crewing to ASL ExCo.

• Experience with AIMS, ideally in a Key User or AIMS Administration role (ideal)
• Experience delivering training (ideal)
• Experience in a Crew Management / Scheduling role (essential)

• Recognized qualification/experience in aviation crew management
• High level of computer skills
• Fluent in English and local language
