VOS MISSIONS

Participer, au sein d’une équipe, à la gestion des flux gérés par la logistique :

- Optimiser les stocks en contrôlant les seuils de réapprovisionnement, en approvisionnant aux meilleures conditions les matières, matériels et équipements nécessaires à la maintenance de la flotte

- Contrôler le retour des contreparties des équipements « poolés » vers leurs fournisseurs d’origine dans le respect des contrats établis

- Assister les agents de flux logistique dans la résolution des divers litiges de réception

- Rédiger et suivre des FNC pour le pool et suivre les actions correctrices

- Participer alternativement avec ses collègues acheteurs aux réunions quotidiennes de production

- Sélectionner des fournisseurs dans le cadre de la politique arrêtée par le responsable logistique et spécifiée dans les textes

- Relations avec DTEG pour les effectivités, interchangeabilités, pre-provisionning, dotation

- Tracking des équipements (envoi et retour) dispatchés vers les escales afin de répondre aux contraintes réglementaires et contractuelles avec les fournisseurs particuliers (cas des pools)

- Nourrir et faire vivre les outils informatiques nécessaires à la conduite de ses activités (TRAX)

- Surveillance du respect des dotations à CDG et en escale

- Vérification des factures liées à la présence physique des dotations à CDG et en escale

- Classement et archivage des dossiers de commandes

- Effectuer les astreintes logistiques tournantes

- Assurer les approvisionnements du bon de commande jusqu'à l’acceptation du matériel livré (négociation, édition commande, suivi des réceptions, gestion des réclamations, irrégularités de livraisons, litiges fournisseurs, recours en garantie…)

- Organiser et participer aux réunions mensuelles avec les fournisseurs « pool »

- Suivre la qualité de la prestation « pool » avec un tableau de bord

- Traiter les litiges contractuels
