Position

  • Document the performance of all maintenance actions, compiling and controlling completed work cards. Use applicable current maintenance data, work order instructions and information systems.
  • Follow the procedures detailed in the SOPs and supporting manuals. Identify and rectify existing and potential unsafe conditions.
  • Adhere to safety and deactivation/reactivation requirements. Follow the procedures detailed in ASL’s approved documentation. Shall maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process.
  • Use calibrated tooling and equipment recommended by the manufacturer. Maintain the work environment in a clean and safe manner.
  • Sign off maintenance tasks performed or supervised within the scope of their staff authorisation. Sign certificates of release to service within the scope of their certifying staff authorisation issued
  • Perform the functions and responsibilities associated with support staff role within the scope of the authorisation issued. Maintain experience records in support of continued competence.
  • Ensure that all discrepancies detected as a result of scheduled inspection task, duplicate/RII inspections, critical task inspection and non-routine maintenance rectification are documented and rectified. Verify that there are no non-compliances which are known that seriously hazard flight safety.
  • Verify that the aircraft technical log and associated documents have been completed to the required standard following completion of all maintenance.
  • Shall maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process.

Qualification

  • B1 or B1/B2 with A300-600 CF6 type rated (EASA licence) and ability to prove recency on aircraft type.
  • Location HKG/PEN
  • 72 hours per week
  • Travel and accommodation provided
  • 3 month contract
  • Fluent in English written and speaking
  • Basic computer skills
  • Will be required to undergo background/security clearance checks.
  • Must hold a full clean driving licence.
