Position

To provide a range of on-site support to the Contracts Manager to help facilitate the successful and timely completion of installation contracts.

Main Responsibilities and Activities

  • Providing regular feedback (written and verbal) to Regional Contract Manager regarding all projects under their control.
  • Carrying out of Quality checks of all installation works undertaken.
  • Providing technical assistance and training to other engineers or sub-contractors.
  • To continually monitor and assess the quality of sub contractors to successfully commission installations process
  • Working closely with clients and service users to ensure a professional and efficient service is provided at all times
  • Provide technical assistance to resolve any issues during the configuration and commissioning phases
  • Ensure training of the system is delivered to service users
  • Liaise with suppliers on technical issues during the installation process providing clear written communication of any issues
  • Carry out site surveys prior to proposals being generated

Requirements

This role would be ideal for someone with experience in any of the following Fire, Security, Warden Call, Service, Telecoms technician.

  • Logical thinker who is able to multi-task and prioritise their own work load.

  • Ability to supervise projects effectively adhering to timescales, quality.
  • An ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines is essential, as is, a “can do” positive attitude.

Package: Up to £39,750 includes car allowance

Contract Term: Permanent

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Location: Field Based - Ideally located in Guildford, Crawley, Woking, Epsom
