Position

Credit Controller

Salary: starting at £20,319 pa

Shift Pattern: First Month Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm then Flexible hours Monday to Sunday

Hours pw :37.5

Location: Bowthorpe Norwich


Our Credit Control Executives are highly motivated, target-driven people with a passion for building customer relationships and liaising with their families. This role is perfect for somebody with a very positive attitude and precise attention to detail. progression is available through hitting your targets based on customer actions completed and outbound calls made.


On a day to basis you will be

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers
  • Assisting with their account enquiries
  • Dealing with payments
  • Arranging payment plans
  • Arranging return of equipment with Service user and their contacts
  • Direct debit handling

Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role you must have the following attributes, skills and experience:


• Preferred experience working in a credit control/customer service based role.

• Good standards of literacy and numeracy

• Adequate typing and IT skills

• A team player with a positive outlook especially when under pressure

• Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets and KPIs.

• A track record of providing excellent customer service

• GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C or levels 4-9)
