Position

Contracts Administrator Supervisor - New Milton - Hybrid - Up To £24,000pa dependant on experience

35 Hours a week - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

This role is within our fast paced, rapidly growing installations team. You will be responsible for the line management and day to day support and supervision of the Contracts Administrators. You will be allocating workloads to the team and helping them prioritise tasks. This role reports to the Contract Administration Manager.

Main Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Manage the administration of small installation contracts & provide day to day support with queries from the team
  • Complete regular one to one’s and performance reviews with direct reports ensuring that clear objectives are set and training needs are identified to ensure personal/professional development is available to the team
  • Ensuring that the team planners are correctly prioritised and all deadlines are achieved – for all SLS/SmartConnect sites and Small Works jobs
  • Provide coaching to the team to ensure excellent customer service is at the centre of all they do
  • Maintaing departmental KPI’s of 2 working days to put a site on the system & any other internal KPIs set by Senior Management team
  • Escalate issues/risks to direct manager as required
  • Overall responsibility for SIM card allocation and costs and supporting Sales Administator with process for this
  • Overall responsibility to ensure that Digital Maintenance is sold with every contract & review purchase orders each year
  • Responsible for being the contingent in the absence of Contracts Administration Manager
  • Liaise with all other departments within the business to help ensure the smooth and efficient passage of high quality information and data.

  • Provide clear purpose and direction to the team
  • Ensure staff are motivated and morale is high within the team
  • Confident with conflict resolution
  • Engage the team in their work by giving regular feedback through documented 1-1s
  • Ensure absence and poor performance is managed in line with company procedures
  • Manage and delegate day-to-day department tasks to ensure work is completed on time
  • Develop team members through on the job training, feedback, identifying internal or external training courses
  • Develop clear succession plans for your team so they are aware of progression route available to them
  • Create a supportive, inclusive environment within the team
  • Empower direct reports to be confident in their own decision making

Requirements

Experience

Essential

  • Strong administration background and good attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in managing people
  • Proven experience of working in a similar senior administrative roles essential

Desirable

  • Experience in managing sub contractors

Qualifications & Training

Essential

  • A good basic standard of education, Ideally 5 GSCE passes or equivalent.

Desirable

  • Business NVQ or equivalent

Skills, General & Special Knowledge

  • Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable

  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft package including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Exprience with Microsoft Business Central
