Position

Contracts Administrator - New Milton - Hybrid - £19,000 pa

35 Hours a week - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

This role is within our rapidly growing installations team. You will be providing effective and efficient administration of installations and deployment contracts. You will be supporting the field-based supervisors and their teams.

It is a fast-paced environment which involves prioritising your workload, responding quickly to changing schedules and liaising with other departments.

Day to day you will be processing contracts, orders and purchase orders, inputting and updating data within Business Central. You will be communicating with people within the business as well as external suppliers and contractors

Requirements

We are looking for someone with great administration skills, who has experience working in a customer service environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal applicant will have a positive 'can do' attitude, is self-motivated and can take ownership of situations.

Essential

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent (To include Maths & English at ‘C’ or above)
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel and Word

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central
  • Business NVQ or equivalent
