Position

Caring is such an important part of life. No matter what race, religion or society, caring will cross most of our paths at some point. Carers Oxfordshire has a clear and simple vision of improving lives for carers. Often a carer is so focused on helping their friend or loved one that they pay no attention to their own needs. The support we offer allows carers to consider their own well-being and not to feel guilty that they have to think of themselves.

The outreach worker role is to improve the wellbeing of unpaid carers. This involves working in communities, workplaces and learning environments to help identify, provide support and advise people in a caring role.

Supporting carers with light touch support needs and helping them to access other services to improve the carers wellbeing.
