Position

Salary: circa £44,000 -£45,000 p.a.+ Benefits

Role duration: 2 years fixed term, Full time

A new post and the holder will be responsible for devising and delivering the charity’s major donor fundraising strategy. This is an exciting time to join the Academy’s Fundraising Team as we expand to have our first dedicated major donor fundraiser.

We are looking for a proactive and positive self-starter, willing to take responsibility for managing all donor interactions, with a demonstrated ability to direct, lead and personally work through the fundraising cycle with donors. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude, be able to spot and respond to opportunities and have great interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with colleagues, donors and Fellows.

Location

Staff are working remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Access to desk space in the office is currently available. We remain responsive to government restrictions.

We have a staff group looking at hybrid working models for the future. There is no expectation that staff will return to the office 5 days a week. Location of work will be set based on the needs of the individual and their role, however when in the office the location is 41 Portland Place, London W1B 1QH.

Work from home equipment contributions are available following workspace assessments.
