Position

Salary: circa £41,000 - £43,000 p.a. + Benefits

Role duration: 24 months fixed term, with potential to extend subject to funding​, Full time

The Digital communications Manager leads on work to raise the profile of the Academy and influence stakeholders using digital content, driving our communications strategy, and supporting staff from different teams to deliver digital communications activities. The purpose of this role is to ensure clear and consistent messages about the Academy’s work reach target audiences through digital channels in accessible and engaging ways. They will oversee use and maintenance of the Academy website, associated microsites and newsletters as well as management of the Academy’s social media accounts. They will require a sophisticated understanding of digital communications and an ability to identify trends and respond with new content.

Location

Staff are working remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Access to desk space in the office is currently available. We remain responsive to government restrictions.

We have a staff group looking at hybrid working models for the future. There is no expectation that staff will return to the office 5 days a week. Location of work will be set based on the needs of the individual and their role, however when in the office the location is 41 Portland Place, London W1B 1QH.

Work from home equipment contributions are available following workspace assessments.
